Jeff Alexander is a multi-media artist whose speciality is woodworking. From an early age, he has always been interested in the way things are built and created; taking apart things that could be disassembled. Most of the time he would repair them or just put them back together. Jeff credits his father, Robert, for blessing him with his gifted hands.
After graduating from high school, Jeff enrolled in trade school to study auto mechanics. Following his graduation, he worked for a company that repaired x-ray machines, where he learned basic electronics. From there, he gained valuable knowledge as an electrician while working under an electrical contractor. He soon decided to follow his dream of opening an auto repair business, which he ran for several years. Jeff then received the opportunity to join the furniture manufacturing business with his brother, where he was able to develop his expertise in woodworking. He managed a furniture factory for several years before striking out on his own to design, build and install custom kitchen and bath cabinetry.
Jeff is always involved in his own creative endeavors, many of which he taught himself. He is most passionate about jewelry making, stained glass and neon art. He especially enjoys pairing his skill in woodworking and neon artistry to craft beautiful sculpture pieces.
Jeff is now semi-retired and in his free time, he continues to look for avenues to demonstrate his creativity and artistic talents.
Enjoy perusing his website and explore the many artistic examples that have resulted from his gifted hands.
